Through our team of analysts and strategic planners, we provide qualitative and quantitative research, analysis of online reputation, monitoring campaigns and brands, social dashboards development, conversation analysis, and competency benchmarks, etc.

We also offer a special service called Trends Observatory, it provides regular reports on the latest trends in technology and digital tools applicable to the industry and the business of our customers.

Branded Content

We believe in replacing the message with entertainment content. Our branded content service takes advantage of channels, medias and territories where our clients do business, in order to create relevant content that increases brand awareness and audiences. It’s about linking our brand to an experience, rather than to act like spokesperson of a message.

We advise on the best content strategy for a brand, and produce that content, usually in audiovisual or editorial format. In addition, we develop content platforms, digital identity manuals, crisis manuals, and content guidelines for social networks and blogs.

Digital Production

Digital Noise is the digital design and development area of Social Noise. The team is made up of programmers, designers, engineers and project managers specialized in complex projects in digital environments, with focus on User Experience (UX).

Digital Noise offers several development services that are web-based (online shops, web pages, landing pages, microsites, web platforms, etc.), for devices (mobile/cell phones and tablets/pads), for social platforms (social networking applications) and even for smart televisions (Smart TVs).


Audiovisual Production

Social Noise has its own audiovisual production company, Visual Noise. The Visual Noise team is fully integrated into Social Noise and it is made up of production professionals in filmmaking, photography and 3D modeling editing, with the ability to use Social Noise’ creative resources in communication, research and development. Also, we have an extensive pool of technical and artistic partners, who collaborate when needed for specific projects.

Social Noise has a team of specialists in eCommerce, with the ability to provide a reliable service in defining a strategy, developing and maintaining shops. Our work is based on the main pillars of eCommerce: consulting, development, marketing and analysis.

In addition, we work with Social CRM (Customer Relationship Management): a set of services, techniques and technologies that allow companies to better understand members of their communities, and connect with them in a targeted way through social networks.

Digital PR

Digital PR services or Influence Marketing are offered through Personal Noise, our agency specialized in managing the relationship of brands with celebrities and influencers. We assist brands identify Internet influencers (bloggers, twitters, instagrammers, youtubers, etc.) who have attributes that are coherent with the brand. We negotiate with these influencers, we develop creative campaigns, we monitor the campaign execution and we analyze the results, in real time if necessary. We have extensive experience areas such as music, fashion, sports, travel and entertainment.

Moreover, Social Noise has developed its own Digital PR management platform, which we license to corporate clients. NOISR is a web platform designed for planning, managing and measuring digital PR campaigns in real time, increasing their impact. As a result, we develop influencers’ loyalty, making them ambassadors of the brands.

Social Noise has developed a family of live engagement products based on Guud, an innovative big data real-time processor. It processes and analyses large volumes of conversation on open platforms (eg. Twitter), which gives us information to visualize data, to send alerts or to interact with the audience in real time (eg, second screen). We can offer visual data in different formats: social dashboards in real-time with customer KPI’s, scrolls layers overlapping streaming players, dynamic web-based infographics, surveys charts or feedback in real time, etc. Live Engagement services are particularly relevant for brands that are exposed to real time conversations: sponsored events, major sporting or musical events, television and radio programs, conventions and conferences, etc.

We also offer services Retail Marketing services through geopositioning and inter-device communication technologies (NFC, RFID, iBeacons, etc.), that allow us to connect with consumers in brick and mortar stores (or nearby), enriching the user experience, and ultimately increasing sales. From the introduction of in-store social wifi to location marketing projects, we help our customers digitalize their offline business in an innovative and surprising manner.



Nomadia is the training division of Social Noise. We offer B2B and B2C training in specialized digital knowledge and innovation consultancy in talent management. Also, Nomadia specializes in employer branding and digital personal branding.

​El Proyecto Social Brain es un desarrollo experimental que consiste en la construcción de una plataforma de inteligencia basada en la recopilación, filtrado y procesamiento semántico, en tiempo real, de grandes volúmenes de datos (Big Data) procedentes de entornos sociales y fuentes libres y la elaboración de predicciones también en tiempo real. Estas predicciones se realizan sin necesidad de supervisión o control por parte del usuario y se pueden integrar en aplicaciones de terceros para su gestión posterior.

El Proyecto ha sido cofinanciado por el Ministerio de Industria, Energía y Turismo dentro del Plan Estatal de Investigación Científica y Técnica y de Innovación 2013-2016, en la Acción Estratégica en Economía y Sociedad Digital, Convocatoria 2​/2014, mediante el Expediente TSI-10010​​5​​-2014-​​205​
